How we work

Our aim is to increase the security of your building, your staff and your stock. In the first two weeks of a contract we assess the causes that can result in crime and stock losses. We closely liaise with site/store management to fully understand your needs. We co-ordinate with your team to help you formulate an overall brief and for us to introduce specific security skills to your staff. Developing security awareness is good for morale and helps to create confidence in the workplace.

Employment, workforce and vetting procedure
Amphibian Guards Ltd is rigorous in its vetting and employment procedures. We are an umbrella body for the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).

Amphibian Guards Ltd' personnel represent the company's image in a professional way. Applicants must pass verbal and written tests before being considered for training. This also includes a physical assessment and interview to determine the applicant’s general attitude.
